Your tasks
- Management of recruitment and onboarding
- Advising and supporting managers and employees
- Supporting employees during incapacity for work
- Participation in appraisal interviews and drafting of decisions
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and procedures
- Participation in the entire employee lifecycle process of Grangeneuve employees (195 FTEs)
Desired profile
- Commercial training, supplemented by a federal specialist certificate as an HR professional or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of the personnel legislation of the State of Fribourg is an advantage
- Proficient use of common MS Office products
- Fluency in German or French with excellent knowledge of the other language
