The Compensation & Performance Management (CPM) team is a key part of Julius Baer’s Reward & Performance Management function. Acting as trusted advisors on pay and performance, we work closely with HR specialists and business leaders to provide best-in-class guidance to both managers and employees.

IHRE AUFGABEN
- You are responsible for a broad range of compensation topics and related daily activities
- You are covering ad hoc analyses, benchmarking and pay assessments
- You support with the execution of compensation cycle and overall performance process
- You act as sparring partner for our HR and business clients on all compensation matters
- You have the opportunity to directly contribute to projects and initiatives to amend and implement compensation design changes and setup new tools, products and process flows
- You support the team leader on compensation and production of analyses and ad-hoc reporting for senior and top management
- You are able to learn and influence /enhance with your own ideas in our process and tool landscape

Professional & Technical

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in reward management and analytics
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Banking business and the HR/Reward space
- MS Office skills especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in project management
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and German
- You are trustworthy and discreet
- You are a natural team player and a strong communicator
