Data Manager

Responsibilities

• Advising and supporting management on strategic and operational issues as well as decision-making
• Analysing, designing and optimising business processes, organisational structures and business strategies
• Supporting transformation and optimisation projects as well as conducting cost-benefit analyses
• Coordinating various stakeholders and working closely with ICT architecture roles
• Developing solution approaches to increase efficiency, effectiveness and sustainable value creation

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of process management (e.g. BPMN), business administration and organisational design
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or ArchiMate) is an advantage
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as strong communication and consulting competence
• Experience in project management, cost-benefit analyses and handling KPIs and budgeting processes
• Initiative, persuasiveness and the ability to align different interests in a goal-oriented manner
