Bilingual Clarification Specialist (80-100%)
What you can achieve with us
- You clarify claims for IV benefits such as pensions, disability compensation, and assistance contributions – individually, resource-oriented, and always in relation to the affected person.
- You provide empathetic, holistic, and equal-level advice – whether in direct conversation with clients, relatives, or professionals.
- You use your scope for action responsibly to find sustainable and legally compliant solutions for our clients.
- Your clarification and consultation discussions take place on-site – at home, in the workplace, or in residential and care facilities.
- With your well-founded reports, you contribute to a quick and fair assessment of benefits.
- You write statements on objections as well as supplements to responses to complaints to the insurance courts – professionally precise and convincing.
What skills are important to us
- You have training in social insurance or health care – or a commercial basic education with further training in social insurance – and can grasp complex situations holistically and classify them legally correctly.
- You communicate clearly, understandably, and comprehensibly in French and German – both in personal conversations and in writing.
- Your native language is German or French with very good oral and written knowledge of the other language.
- You are exceptionally service-oriented and seek direct contact with people.
- You like to take responsibility and work independently, efficiently, and in an organized manner.
- You contribute to a positive and supportive team climate with your constructive, respectful behavior.
- You hold a category B driver's license.
