Your tasks
- Written, telephone and personal information, advice and consultation for citizens, business operators and municipalities regarding procedures within the scope of the Office for Commercial Police
- Administrative processing of files for public restaurants, mainly for the Sense and See districts
- Checking the completeness of applications, recording files and further processing until the issuance of the required permits
- Applying the legal and regulatory bases concerning public restaurants and other areas of activity of the office
- Cooperation with municipal authorities, cantonal offices and various partners involved in the procedures
- Performing various administrative tasks in the office's areas of activity and contributing to regular operations
Desired profile
- Commercial clerk with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Interest in administration and application of legal bases
- Several years of professional experience
- Outgoing personality and service orientation
- Excellent organisational skills, conscientiousness and sense of responsibility
- Independence and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in common IT applications
- Fluency in German with very good oral and written French skills
