Specialist in Process Management & IT (80–100 %)
Your tasks
- You maintain and further develop our quality management system and oversee internal as well as external audits according to ISO 9001.
- You provide first-level support for our IT infrastructure.
- You create and further develop IT regulations, instructions and guidelines.
- You accompany IT projects and keep an eye on the IT budget.
- You work in customer data management and billing.
- You support customer service in telephone and personal contact.
You bring with you
- a commercial basic education
- experience in process and quality management
- enjoyment in designing and further developing processes
- a strong IT affinity and enthusiasm for digital applications and systems
- a structured, process-oriented and solution-focused way of working
