The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

🎯 YOUR PROFILE

Completed vocational training

D/E required, any additional language an advantage

Experience in 4/5* hospitality

Care and accuracy in adhering to hygiene standards

Well-groomed appearance

📄 YOUR TASKS

Preparation of dishes: cooking, frying, braising, steaming and deep-frying of meals

Mise en place: preparation of ingredients (cleaning vegetables, cutting meat) and provision of work equipment

Ordering, receiving, quality control and proper storage of food

Compliance with HACCP guidelines, cleaning of kitchen equipment and work areas

Daily compilation of required goods for ordering via the head chef

Careful and creative plating of dishes before serving
