For a leading luxury Fashion house, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to take the lead of its Gstaad boutique. This role calls for a leader who combines strong commercial acumen with a deep sensitivity to high-end service, product, and long-term client relationships.
This position offers a unique opportunity to operate within one of the most exclusive alpine resorts, characterized by a highly international clientele, strong seasonality, and an elevated expectation of discretion and personalization.
The role requires a hands-on leader, capable of combining commercial performance with an exceptional level of client engagement, while fostering a close-knit, high-performing team in an intense, fast-paced seasonal environment.
POSITION
Boutique Leadership
- Lead and inspire the boutique team, ensuring excellence across all operations
- Drive performance through KPIs while maintaining a qualitative, service-driven retail culture
- Ensure impeccable standards in visual merchandising, product presentation, and boutique environment
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership on strategy and execution
Client Experience & Clienteling
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with local and international HNW/UHNW clientele
- Deliver a discreet, highly personalized service aligned with the highest luxury standards
- Lead CRM initiatives and elevate clienteling practices across the team (5-8 pers)
- Strengthen the boutique's positioning within Gstaad's luxury ecosystem
Private Client Experience & Hospitality
- Support the planning and coordination of select client experiences in alignment with brand initiatives
- Ensure consistency of service, presentation, and atmosphere within the space
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of activations
Operations & Boutique Excellence
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, procedures, and reporting
- Maintain close attention to detail across all aspects of boutique presentation and service
- Support inventory awareness and coordination in line with business needs
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, coach, and develop a united, high-performing team
- Foster a culture of elegance, accountability, collaboration, and discretion
- Lead by example with a strong and credible presence on the sales floor
PROFILE
- Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury retail, including boutique leadership
- Strong exposure to fashion, lifestyle, or accessories environments preferred
- Proven track record in managing HNW/UHNW clientele
- Experience with private client events or high-end service environments is a plus
- Refined interpersonal skills and strong leadership presence
- Highly organized with a strong sense of detail and service excellence
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a strong asset (GER, FR, ITA,...)
- Gstaad-based or willing to relocate (Swiss or EU national)
