• Preparation of delivery notes, freight documents and export documents
  
  
• Coordination with customers, freight forwarders and internal departments
  
  
• Monitoring delivery dates and shipping processes
  
  
• Support in the optimisation of export processes
  
  

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
  
  
• Experience in export or international logistics is an advantage
  
  
• Good knowledge of customs and shipping procedures
  
  
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
  
  
• Team player, communicative and service-oriented
  
  
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
  
  
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally ERP systems
