- Program and set up CNC turning and milling machines.

- Ensure quality and deadlines reliably.
- Actively help shape processes in the field of metalworking.
- Enjoyment of agogic tasks and working with people.
- Training as a Polymechanic EFZ.
- Training as a work agogist or willingness to complete this.
- Several years of experience in programming (e.g. Mastercam or similar).
- Social skills, resilience and flexibility.
- Independent, reliable and responsible way of working.
