Unit Care Pharmacy Assistant - APUS (F/M) at 50-70% + Pool
Duration: indefinite
Start date: as soon as possible

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent
- Previous experience in preparing weekly pill organisers, an asset
- A strong sense of responsibility, precision, and good communication and adaptability skills
- Availability to work on Wednesdays and every other Saturday
- Flexibility to supplement this position with hours during holiday replacements
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the preparation of weekly pill organisers in the Surgery, Medicine departments and in the nursing homes of the Ensemble Hospitalier de la Côte, as well as at the nursing home of the Groupement Hospitalier de l’Ouest Lémanique (Rolle).
- Manage stocks and supply of medicines in various departments
- Interact with medical and nursing teams and respond to their questions regarding medicines in collaboration with pharmacists
- Promote medication safety
