Tasks
- Support of fleet management in daily operations as well as administrative care of pool vehicles at Coop headquarters in Basel
- Contact person for service providers
- Maintenance of system and master data in the fleet management system as well as checking and approval of invoices
- Handling of vehicle registrations and deregistrations
- Participation in procurement projects
Requirements
- Technical or commercial background with affinity for cars
- Good technical understanding and structured, solution-oriented working method
- Confident in administration as well as in handling MS Office and SAP
- Reliable, careful and independent working style
- Very good German skills, additional language skills advantageous (I/F), driving licence category B mandatory
