For Rhomberg Bau GmbH, we are looking for a responsible employee as a commercial project controller (m/f/d) at the Lindau or Ulm location.

Your Tasks

In your role in project controlling for the GU/GÜ & project development area, you keep an eye on the commercial aspects of our operational business. Together with the finance and controlling management, you ensure transparency in figures and results, coordinate the relevant commercial topics, and thus support the successful implementation of our projects.

Assuming overarching commercial responsibility for the GU/GÜ and project development areas
Budget, forecast, and results management, as well as management of capital commitment and liquidity planning
Responsibility for financing issues, guarantees, and warranty matters in cooperation with finance/controlling and banks
Coordination and alignment with strategic partners, subcontractors, and internal specialist departments as well as central interface for external partners

Your Profile

Completed studies in business administration, economics, or a comparable course of study or equivalent qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in the commercial area of a construction company
Experience with ERP systems, ideally iTWO or BRZ
Good knowledge of construction contract law and procurement law (e.g., VOB)
Communication skills, independent action, strong team spirit, and a confident analytical understanding of business management key figures
