The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich Unterland and ensures the provision of care places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approximately 90,000 residents. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offering of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment paths for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and a focus on dementia.
The Spitex Regional forms an important part of the care offering. It provides outpatient services for the five contracting municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.
Ensuring the proper preparation and distribution of meals (Cook and Chill)
Serving meals on the line and partially taking them off and controlling them
Working at all stations in the kitchen as well as at internal or external banquets and receptions
Adhering to hygiene guidelines
Close collaboration with the head chef and nursing staff
Participation in daily briefings
Assisting in the training of apprentices
Training as a Cook/Chef EFZ
Experience in the kitchen in the home or hospital sector as well as in classical gastronomy is desirable
IT user knowledge
Joy in cooking with creativity as well as guest-oriented action and appearance
High quality awareness and willingness to perform
Flexibility (different working hours, working about two weekends per month on 7 days a week, without room hours)
Service orientation, communicative and reliable working style
