Specialist Complaint Management & Quality Assurance Production (a)
Your tasks with us
- You carry out operational error report/deviation processing by evaluating and initiating immediate measures
- You perform analyses of error patterns and the areas of mechanics, electronics, cast components, and surfaces (paint, coatings)
- You manage interfaces through close coordination with the areas of supplier management, logistics, and engineering
- You are responsible for ensuring an orderly and traceable flow of information within the scope of error report/deviation processing
- You independently recognize development and improvement potential in error report and deviation processing and proactively address it
Your profile
- You have completed technical vocational training in the mechanical field (preferably as a polymechanic/automatic technician)
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in manufacturing or assembly of mechanical engineering
- You bring experience in methodical complaint processing (e.g., 8D) and/or quality assurance
- You have a confident handling of MS Office, ERP/CAQ systems, technical drawings, and specifications
- You possess a high quality awareness, initiative, and are a team player as well as resilient
- You have strong communication and mediation skills
