Tasks
- Bewirtschaftung des Versicherten- und Arbeitgeberportals «myPKGR».
- Verarbeitung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen sowie Lohnschnittstellen.
- Durchführung von Informationsveranstaltungen und Webinaren für Arbeitgeber.
Skills
- Berufserfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge und Weiterbildung erforderlich.
- Analytisches und vernetztes Denken sowie kundenorientierte Haltung.
- Freude an Teamarbeit und offene Kommunikation sind wichtig.

For our pension team, we are looking for a committed, service-oriented individual as a Pension Specialist from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
In this versatile role, you are the point of contact for our insured and employers. With your competent and solution-oriented advice, you shape the first impression of the PKGR.
- Management of the insured and employer portal "myPKGR"
- Processing of monthly payroll interfaces
- Processing of payment inflows and outflows (entry/exit benefits, purchases, WEF advances and pledges)
- Execution of pension equalisation in case of divorce as well as handling of beneficiary and civil partnership declarations
- Support in benefit cases in cooperation with our reinsurance
- Planning and conducting employer visits, information events, presentations, and webinars
- Active participation in projects, further development of our processes, and digitalisation
- Professional experience and further training in occupational pension provision (specialist for personnel pension provision with FA)
- Enjoy analysing complex issues and developing practical solutions
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style as well as analytical and networked thinking
- High customer and service orientation
- Confident demeanour and enjoyment in representing the PKGR at employer visits, information events, presentations, and webinars
- Knowledge of our administration system SwissPension is an advantage
- Team player with enjoyment of open and respectful collaboration with short decision-making paths
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
