What you can achieve
- Support project managers and management in structuring projects
- Monitoring deadlines, work packages, pending tasks for projects, communication, correspondence
- Monitoring and preparing upcoming invoices
- Coordinating completed orders with the central invoicing department
- Preparing project reporting and processing financial data
- Creating quotations in SAP
- Creating and maintaining project structures and customer orders in SAP (entire lifecycle) on behalf of the person responsible for the order/project manager
- Transparent, efficient and accurate representation of contracts/orders in SAP
- Representation and maintenance of preliminary planning based on sales planning in SAP
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training in a technical environment or completed further training as a technical clerk
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA (especially modules PS and SD)
- Team-oriented and communicative personality
- Independent and proactive working style
- Fluent German skills, English and French are an advantage
