About the job
We are looking for an intern in social services as part of an ongoing degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy (FH) for the second internship. The internship usually lasts 6 months and is part of the degree programme.
During the six-month internship, you will gain insight into the work of our social services and can actively participate in advising and supporting patients and their relatives. The internship takes place at our Psychiatry Centre Breitenau location.
What to expect
- Advising patients, their relatives and/or carers
- Developing solutions to a variety of issues related to illness and accident in the areas of work and profession, social insurance, housing and discharge planning
- Advice and recommendations within the interdisciplinary treatment team on psychosocial issues
- Organisation of follow-up solutions
- Participation in the further development of our services
What you bring to us
- Degree in Social Work with a focus on social work is required
