YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Close collaboration with the General Counsel of the entire Stadler Group in the areas of Legal, Compliance, General Secretariat, ESG
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including in the areas of IT, purchasing, R&D, leasing, agents
- Advising the group on legal issues from various areas
- Preparation of various corporate law documents, including for board meetings or resolutions, general meetings, as well as taking minutes
- Support in the preparation of the Stadler Rail Group's annual report and sustainability report in the area of Corporate Governance
- Monitoring agent activities
- Creating, reviewing, and adjusting processes in the areas of General Secretariat, Legal, Compliance, and ESG
- Tracking legal developments and assessing legal risks
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed university studies in Switzerland (lic.iur/Master of Law), preferably with Swiss bar admission
- At least seven years of experience in corporate and contract law as well as compliance, preferably from work in an industrial company
- Independent, proactive, and efficient working style with a quick grasp and a flair for audience-appropriate presentation
- Ability to manage larger projects with a high degree of complexity
- Fluent and negotiation-secure in German and English (written and spoken)
- Team-oriented personality with very good negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Assertiveness and negotiation skills
- Flexibility and high resilience
- Very good MS Office skills & affinity for technology
