Junior Systems Engineer (M/F)
Based in Plan-les-Ouates and reporting directly to the service manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
Your tasks
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (servers, networks, workstations).
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, Intune, Azure AD...).
- Participate in migration or infrastructure evolution projects.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents (level 2/3).
- Advise users and provide effective support.
- Write technical documentation and intervention reports.
Your profile
- Microsoft MS-102 certification (Microsoft 365 Administrator) or equivalent required.
- MS-700 certification (Teams Administrator) is a plus.
- Good command of Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of Swisscom SME products (cloud, telephony, network solutions) is an asset.
- Experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Proficiency in English (technical and conversational).
- Autonomy, rigor, service orientation, and good client relations.
