- Preparing offers, order confirmations and deposit invoices
- Cooperation with suppliers nationally and internationally
- Handling repair orders, warranty cases and customer feedback
- Supporting sales consultants in the field
- Proficient user knowledge in Microsoft Office / SAP knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written. French skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured and cooperative working style
- Strong negotiation skills, entrepreneurial thinking and customer-oriented
