Salary - CHF95,000 - 125,000Role:
Role Our partner is an exclusive, renowned real estate boutique in the heart of Zurich. To strengthen the well-established specialist team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a negotiation-strong, entrepreneurial-minded personality with a hands-on mentality. In this responsible key role, you will take the lead on initial leasing projects in the residential and commercial sectors, develop target group-oriented marketing and promotional concepts, conduct contract negotiations, and actively participate in pitch presentations for new mandates.

Responsibilities:
In your central marketing role, you take on the project management for initial leasing (residential and commercial properties).
You maintain the lead throughout the entire marketing process and implement target group-oriented marketing measures.
You define the marketing strategy and create well-founded marketing and promotional concepts.
You lead and coordinate negotiations with external contracting parties with a winning and empathetic manner.
You actively work on pitch presentations to win new initial leasing mandates.
You bring your affinity for marketing and social media actively into new marketing channels.
Qualifications:
Commercial or technical basic training with real estate-specific further education (ideally federal diploma as real estate marketer or property manager).
At least 3 years of professional experience in real estate marketing and initial leasing.
Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking.
Negotiation skills combined with empathy and a "won't-give-up-until-it-fits" perseverance.
Confident German language skills and proficient use of common MS Office programmes.
