TASKS:
- Advising and supporting the company in strategic and operational planning
- Supporting management in opinion formation and decision-making
- Advising the company on designing optimal processes and structures
- Conducting or evaluating cost-effectiveness calculations considering economic, ecological and social components
- Advising the company on existing and new projects
- Coordinating and aligning various interests with the respective holistic objectives
- Implementing business strategies to optimise internal processes
- Close alignment with ICT architecture roles
REQUIREMENTS:
- Deep understanding of business processes, business administration (BBA) and organisational design
- High communication skills, negotiation ability, analytical thinking and persuasiveness
- Knowledge in budgeting, accounting and the application of key performance indicators (KPIs) for management
- Focus on increasing value creation, effectiveness and efficiency of business activities
- Application of methods for managing and optimally implementing projects
