Your Responsibilities
- Holistic care and empathetic support: You take on comprehensive care and accompaniment of patients on the Stroke Unit and the neurological specialist ward with responsibility and empathy. Your actions are always aimed at promoting quality of life and the individual needs of the patients.
- Interdisciplinary collaboration on equal footing: You work actively and respectfully with professionals from medicine, therapy, and nursing. Together you plan and implement diagnostic, therapeutic, and nursing measures, thereby ensuring coordinated, holistic care.
- Nursing quality with a personal focus: You implement nursing measures purposefully, professionally, and individually – always with the aim of maintaining the highest professional and human standards. This ensures that patients feel optimally cared for and supported.
- Co-creation and process optimisation: You contribute your expertise and ideas to continuously improve nursing processes. Through your commitment, you help advance nursing quality and efficiency in daily ward operations.
Our Requirements
- Professional qualification: You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH and thus possess the necessary expertise to work responsibly in a specialised environment such as neurology or the Stroke Unit.
- Professional experience: Ideally, you already have experience in neurological nursing or in caring for patients after a stroke. If you are new to this field, we will gladly support you during your induction and actively promote your development.
- Structured and independent working style: You work in an organised manner, take responsibility, and act proactively – even in demanding situations. Your commitment and professionalism distinguish you in everyday nursing.
