Deputy Team Leader Laser Processing (Bystronic) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You support the team leadership in the laser processing area and take over representation during absences

• You coordinate and control the daily production processes on the Bystronic laser systems

• You ensure optimal utilisation of the machines and compliance with quality standards

• You lead and motivate your team and are the contact person for technical and organisational questions

• You plan personnel deployment and monitor adherence to deadlines

• You work closely with other departments and continuously optimise processes

• You take care of the induction of new employees and promote the further development of your team

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed a technical training, ideally in the metal sector

• You bring several years of professional experience in laser processing, preferably with Bystronic systems

• You have already gained initial leadership experience

• You have good knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation

• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• You are strong in communication and enjoy leading and developing a team

• Forklift licence (advantageous)
