These are your tasks
- You lead and further develop the education sector and shape the digital transformation
- You manage the development of young talent in nursing as well as in other professional groups
- You lead a team of 12 employees and work strategically in close collaboration with the department management, especially in the area of education and talent promotion
- You are the contact person for the training managers of all apprenticeships
What you bring with you
- You are a federal certified trainer and have several years of experience in a senior management position, preferably in nursing, including project and process management
- You have completed additional training in pedagogy and/or management
- You bring experience in the vocational education sector with in-depth knowledge of the Swiss education system and the design of digital teaching and learning formats
- You have strong leadership and organizational skills as well as high negotiation skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and think networked in complex contexts
