Maintenance Specialist with Administrative Tasks 100% (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Maintenance Area (50% of workload)
• Professional troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of production equipment as well as building installations
• Ensuring and actively increasing the process reliability of all systems and operational facilities as well as their technical availability
• Participation in system and process optimisations
• Consistent compliance with safety regulations as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the operation
• Spare parts management in cooperation with the team
  
  
• Administration Area (50% of workload)
• Deputising for the maintenance specialist responsible
• Preparing, providing and updating system documentation and recording the work performed using MS Office applications and SAP
• Leading maintenance projects
• Participation in internal and external audits
• Spare parts management: cooperation, procurement and provision of required spare and small parts as well as consumables
• Creating work plans
• Cleaning up process overviews and various administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed basic training as an agricultural machinery mechanic, polymechanic, production mechanic or comparable prior knowledge, preferably with pneumatic and hydraulic knowledge
• Extensive professional experience in industrial maintenance and servicing of production equipment (more than 5 years experience)
• Further training as a maintenance specialist is an advantage
• Experience in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Analytical thinking, knowledge to analyse and read electrical schematics
• NIV 15 is an advantage
• First experience in leading maintenance projects
• Willingness to work shifts (7 am – 7 pm) and occasional on-call duties
• Good to very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• English and/or French skills are an advantage
• MS Office and ERP knowledge (SAP) is an advantage
• Resilient, punctual
• High quality awareness
