For our Leasing Advisory department in Geneva, we are looking for a Vice-President – Commercial Real Estate Consultant (m/f/d) full-time (100%). Within our team dedicated to Owner Representation, this strategic role is aimed at a motivated and dynamic professional.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and propose customised marketing strategies for owners (asset repositioning, rental optimisation, vacancy reduction) adapted to market realities.
• Actively represent and defend owners’ interests throughout the leasing process (marketing of vacant spaces and renegotiation of complex leases) for a portfolio of commercial spaces.
• Lead financial and legal negotiations with prospective tenants on behalf of landlords, to secure optimal lease conditions and ensure the sustainability of rental income.
• Design and implement innovative and distinctive marketing plans for each asset, coordinating external service providers to maximise the visibility of properties to target users.
• Actively develop the portfolio of owner representation mandates by identifying new business opportunities, drafting strategic service proposals and conducting pitches with potential clients.

Your profile:

• Degree specialising in real estate or marketing and/or training as a real estate marketing specialist, property manager or comparable commercial training
• Professional experience (minimum 5 years) in the commercial real estate sector
• Good knowledge of the local market
• Strong skills in acquisition and closing as well as interest in independently developing client relationships
• Structured and organised working style
• Good skills in French and English, both written and spoken; German skills an advantage
• Open and communicative personality
