Branch Manager
Responsibilities
- You lead around six employees both professionally and personally
- You ensure high customer satisfaction
- You bear budget and result responsibility according to defined annual targets
- You promote your employees appropriately for their level and ensure their professional competence as well as the development of new talent
- You achieve the set provider and service quota targets within your area of responsibility
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in retail with further education in sales and/or business administration
- You have several years of leadership experience and proven product knowledge in the field of consumer electronics
- You possess excellent team and communication skills
- A customer- and solution-oriented attitude with strong negotiation skills to close deals is natural for you
- You are a flexible, committed, and resilient personality with a goal-oriented and networked way of thinking
- You master the German language perfectly and communicate confidently in French and/or Italian
