Technical Caretaker 100%- Operating and monitoring technical systems Regularly inspecting and assessing the properties and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
- Conducting fault analyses and implementing appropriate measures
- Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
- Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
- Receiving and independently handling enquiries as the contact person for the customer
- On-call duty
- Completed vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma in the field of caretaking or building technology
- Several years of experience in managing complex building technical systems
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience in dealing with internal and external customers/suppliers
- Good PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to use internal programmes
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to perform on-call duty
