As a Home Health Assistant, your main duties will include:

• Collaborating with medical teams and families to ensure optimal care follow-up.
• Performing light household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Adhering to current protocols and quality standards.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:

• Recognised health assistant training in Switzerland (e.g., Red Cross certificate).
• Previous experience in home care or a similar position is an advantage.
• Good command of French (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathy, patience and a sense of responsibility.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle, a plus.
