In order to ensure the quality of outpatient and inpatient care and to participate in pre- and post-graduate training in neurology (category C clinic), the medical management of the Fribourg hospital is looking for a
Head of Clinic or Deputy Head of Clinic in Neurology
60 - 70 %
Your mission:
- participate in high-quality patient care in the stroke unit and hospital wards
- participate in outpatient consultations
- support neurophysiological activity (particularly Doppler and/or ENMG) in hospital and outpatient consultations as far as possible
- participate in on-call duties
- supervise assistant doctors and contribute to their training
- participate in multicentre or locally developed clinical studies
- participate in teaching students from the University of Fribourg
Your profile:
- FMH specialist title in neurology (or equivalent) or in the final year of training as a neurologist
- at least 3 years of experience in neurology in a category A clinic
- ideally SSNC certificate or equivalent for Doppler, ENMG, and/or EEG
- proficiency in French (written and spoken) and German (spoken)
- dynamic, open and collegial personality
- interest in general neurology, teaching and clinical research

- You will support neurophysiological activities (especially Doppler sonography and/or ENMG) in outpatient and inpatient examinations as far as possible.

Profile
