Your responsibilities

As a service technician in sun protection in the Neuchâtel - Nord Vaudois - Fribourg region,

you are responsible for our private customers, maintenance and repair of all our products. This includes the following activities:

• Maintenance and servicing work on our entire range of blinds products
• Planning and independent execution of all types of repairs
• Rigorous and professional execution of assigned tasks
• Reporting to the service manager
• Installation of our new replacement products
• Ensuring on-call service on a rotating team basis

Your profile

• Complete training as a polybuilder, blinds fitter, sun protection fitter or comparable basic technical training
• Experience in the field of blinds or construction
• Independent worker, diligent, competent in their field, solution-oriented
• Respectful, reliable and well-groomed appearance
• Strong customer service orientation, good communication skills and native French language
• Willingness to work seasonally according to different work schedule models
• Category B driving licence essential
