Tasks and Responsibilities
- Service Engineering: You support the integration of our platform into existing OT/IT system landscapes, including SIEM, SCADA, and ICS.
- CSIRT Focus: You analyze security metrics and usage patterns to identify improvement potentials and minimize risks.
- Customer Interface: As a technical contact, you are available to our customers in the areas of OT/IT security and network services.
- Services & Roadmap: You guide our customers through the entire security lifecycle and ensure that their security needs are met.
- Collaboration: You work closely with security operations, project management, and development to continuously optimize our service portfolio.
Profile and Skills
- You have a university degree or a higher vocational qualification in computer science, cyber security, or a comparable qualification.
- You have experience as a Cyber Security Engineer and ideally knowledge in IT/OT technologies.
- You are a structured, pragmatic, and resilient personality.
- You have a completed degree in information technology or bring equivalent knowledge.
- You have good German and English language skills.
