General Manager / Construction Project Manager, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You are responsible for overall management mandates as well as for leading general planner teams of demanding new build and refurbishment projects across all SIA project phases
• In addition, you independently manage projects and lead planning and client meetings
• Furthermore, you accompany the construction execution with all project participants, i.e. customers, suppliers, architects and engineers
• You are also responsible for invoicing customer projects and monitoring deadlines

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in architecture, training in civil engineering or construction technology, or a related qualification
• In addition, you have practical experience in construction management or project management according to SIA, meaning you are familiar with the relevant standards, regulations and legal requirements
• Business and service-oriented thinking and acting is one of your strengths
• Good IT skills, a structured way of working and a customer-oriented mindset make your working day easier
• Good German skills are required; additional national languages and English skills are an advantage
