About the job

  • Leadership and further development of the Bar Turning group as well as an implant production cell
  • Ensuring economical, high-quality, and timely and quantity-appropriate production
  • Planning and coordination of required resources, equipment, and production documents
  • Continuous optimisation of processes, workflows, and production metrics
  • Working on CNC bar turning machines, including programming, optimisation, and training; knowledge of Citizen machines is an advantage
  • Analysis of quality deviations as well as initiation and follow-up of corrective and improvement measures
  • Responsibility for maintaining production and master data in SAP and other relevant systems
  • Active participation in process validations as well as improvement and innovation projects
  • Implementation of the department and area strategy in close cooperation with relevant interfaces
  • Promotion, development, and leadership of employees
  • Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and company standards

    Your field of activity

    Your profile

    • Technical basic training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or comparable qualification
    • Further training at the level of process specialist, production specialist, technician HF, or a comparable qualification
    • Several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, ideally in chip-removal manufacturing
    • Initial leadership experience or strong potential to assume a leadership role
    • Good knowledge of production planning, manufacturing optimisation, and quality assurance
    • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
    • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking as well as a high quality awareness
    • Structured, independent, and responsible working style
    • Communicative personality with team spirit and assertiveness
    • Enjoyment in promoting employees and achieving success together
