Web & Digital Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

We are the Entlebuch Media House - all about communication - and we are looking for you!

Everything that creates impact is produced under one roof with us: conception, creation, copywriting, web, social media, photography, video, editorial and our in-house printing press - that is our USP. We create communication that moves people, strengthens companies and makes brands visible. Our clients come from the entire Entlebuch region and beyond, ranging from start-ups to established SMEs.

To further develop our web platforms and those of our clients, we are looking for a versatile personality who implements websites, optimises them and provides technical support with a focus on user experience, quality and efficiency. Therefore, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:

What you will do with us:
Web & Development

• Conception, implementation and further development of websites (WordPress/Elementor)
• UI/UX-oriented implementation (in collaboration with Content & Creation)
• Technical support and maintenance of customer projects and our own platform ea-plus.ch
• Performance optimisation and further development of our web landscape
• Conception and development of innovative web projects to advance our digital department
• Technical consulting on customer projects
• Implementation of simple programming (frontend/backend)
• Coordination of external developers for more complex projects
• Implementation of technical systems and interfaces (e.g. tracking, automation) is an advantage

Additional tasks

• Deputising for internal IT - first level support and coordination with external partners
• Analysis and optimisation of internal processes using AI and automation tools is an advantage

What you bring:

• Training as a media technician with a technical focus or comparable skills
• Experience in web development with WordPress and Elementor
• Good knowledge of programming (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, MySQL)
• Understanding of UX/UI
• Implementation and further development of screen designs (in coordination with creation)
• Structured, solution-oriented working style
• Experience with APIs and integrations is an advantage
• Experience with automation tools is an advantage
