- Management and support of projects in personnel development
- Conducting workshops and training on the job
- Independent management of own HR areas depending on development status
- Experience in human resources, hospitality is an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written
- Organisational strength and pronounced service orientation
- Confident use of the MS Office suite, payroll experience is an advantage
