Your Tasks
- Contributing to the further development of the SILEA Boutique-Atelier and the Residual Value Thun project
- Independent organisation and handling of commercial and administrative tasks
- Supporting participants in vocational integration
- Promoting professional skills in everyday work
- Shaping a respectful working atmosphere
- Ensuring process quality from goods receipt to sale and assisting in the implementation of the service offering
- Cooperating with internal departments and contributing own ideas
Your Profile
- Commercial training (EFZ)
- Experience or interest in the social sector
- Enjoyment in dealing with people
- Motivation to guide employees with support needs in sales
- Independent, responsible and structured working style
- Enjoyment in collaborating with, supporting and promoting employees
- Strong communication skills, flexible and a team player
