A cantonal public law institution, the CNP is tasked with leading the health policy of the canton of Neuchâtel in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims to rehabilitate patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting a model of integrated and community psychiatry; it implements public policies for the promotion and prevention of mental health; it acts as a reference centre in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry.
The Adult Department is looking for, for one of its adult hospital units, a:

You hold a HES nursing diploma or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross. You wish to join a recognised institution specialising in mental health.
As part of your role, you will be required to:
- Identify the patient’s needs and resources at the start of care and develop care objectives and actions taking into account a comprehensive and interprofessional therapeutic project.
- Conduct individual interviews, family and network interviews in collaboration with an interprofessional team.
- Establish written documentation from the beginning to the end of the care intervention.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
The skills required for this position are as follows:
- Several years of experience in the field of psychiatry is an advantage.
- Be flexible and able to work in an interprofessional team.
- Demonstrate analytical and synthesis skills.
- High resilience in a demanding environment.
- Have excellent communication skills in French.
