Technical Application Responsibility SAP Case Management (CM/SP) 80 - 100%
The Finance Administration manages the finances of the Canton of Zurich and enables an overall view. It prepares the budget with financial plan and the accounts of the canton on behalf of the government council. It prepares financial decisions of the government council, ensures an efficient accounting system, and provides corresponding services for the entire administration.
The Finance Administration is responsible for the fully digital application, review, and payment process for government tasks in SAP. For the new development of this process (initially for the Covid-19 hardship program of the Canton of Zurich), it was awarded "Digital Pioneer" by SAP Switzerland at the SAP Quality Awards 2022. This solution is used and further expanded within the framework of the digitalization of the administration for a wide variety of case processing processes in the Canton of Zurich.
These are your tasks:
- Taking over the technical application responsibility (Business Owner) for Case Management with the SAP S/4 HANA Customer Management (CM) module including Case Management, Service, and Social Protection (SP); ongoing operation as well as continuous further development for existing and additional application areas
- Organizing and leading a structured exchange with the technical application responsibility, users, coordination with internal and external technical teams, and participation in interdisciplinary project teams
- Ensuring operation and further development of the SAP applications used for case management to digitalize and improve canton-wide processes including definition and review of business processes (BPA) and coordination with interface managers
- Technical support, test management, process consulting, and training for implementation projects and users
What you bring:
- Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in computer science, business administration, and/or business process engineering/management as well as several years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth expertise regarding the SAP S/4 HANA module landscape including architecture, process design, and data management
- Knowledge of the HERMES project methodology and experience in business analysis are advantageous
- Analytical, independent, and result-oriented working style with a reliable and communicative personality
- You work solution-oriented with a variety of different contacts, keep an overview even under pressure, and are open to new challenges
