Your tasks
- Responsible for the strategic support and further development of a defined key account portfolio in healthcare.
- Build long-term, partnership-based relationships with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders and actively maintain them.
- Develop and implement key account strategies – including revenue, growth, and retention goals.
- Advise your key accounts holistically on our services and products and develop customer-specific solutions.
- Lead strategic customer meetings, reviews, presentations, and negotiations – on-site or digital.
- Responsible for contract negotiations, framework agreements, and successful closings.
- Close collaboration with internal departments (service, product management, technology, etc.) to ensure optimal customer support.
- Monitor market and competitive trends and identify new business potentials early.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in key account management or strategic account management, ideally in hospital/healthcare with an existing network.
- Experience in managing major clients and dealing with complex decision-making processes.
- You convince with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all hierarchy levels.
- You think strategically, entrepreneurially, and are strongly result-oriented. You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented.
- A strong affinity for digital solutions, CRM systems, and modern tools.
- Familiar with the Swiss healthcare system and know the processes and structures in hospitals.
- You think entrepreneurially, have the desire and drive to push things forward.
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form.
