What you achieve:
- Verification and clarification of the obligation to provide benefits according to insurance regulations in the area of pet insurance (illness, accident, preventive care)
- Checking and billing of veterinary invoices and, if necessary, objections to invoices
- Answering questions from insured persons, service providers, and authorities by phone and email – friendly and understandable, even in complex matters
- Enjoyment in advising potential new customers (inbound & outbound)
- Creation of tailored offers for both new and existing customers
- Review and solution-oriented processing of requests for cost approval as well as complaints
- Preparation of correspondence, processing of insured and contract data, and ensuring other administrative tasks
Why you succeed:
- In addition to a successfully completed basic education in the medical field (e.g., MPA) or a commercial education with medical basic knowledge, you ideally already have several years of professional experience in claims processing and/or customer consulting, ideally in the veterinary environment
- You already have a completed VBV training (all industries) or are willing to complete it
- You convince our customers with your efficient, committed, and service-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills on the phone and by email as well as a friendly, professional appearance complete your profile; you keep an overview and remain calm even in demanding situations
- With your service claim and insurance knowledge, you ensure a positive customer experience and actively contribute to improving our processes
- You communicate fluently orally and in writing in German and French or Italian or English
