For our partner located in the canton of Neuchâtel, GI Life Sciences is looking for a:

Packaging Operator

Temporary contract

Start date: ASAP

Duration of assignment: 1 year

Your mission:

Within the Manufacturing department, you ensure pharmaceutical packaging operations in strict compliance with quality requirements (GMP), hygiene rules, and safety regulations in force at the production site.

You contribute to the provision of compliant products by carrying out the key steps of packaging.

Your responsibilities:

· Perform packaging operations (blister, bottles, cartons, wallets, visual inspection) in accordance with current procedures.

· Carry out line clearance and format changes.

· Diligently document the operations performed (batch records, GMP recordings) to ensure traceability.

· Ensure cleaning of equipment, lines, and production areas after each campaign.

· Meet production targets and established schedules.

· Strictly apply safety rules, report any incident, near-miss, or risk situation.

· Actively participate in continuous improvement.

· Work independently in a GMP environment while collaborating with teams.

Your profile:

· Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a packaging environment.

· Good knowledge of GMP standards.

· Proficiency in French is essential.

· Experience with one or more packaging processes (blister, bottle…).
