Tooling preparer (cutting tools) - 2x8 shift hours

Mandated by a high-end watchmaking Manufacture in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a long-term temporary assignment (permanent contract), a

Main tasks

• Prepare, distribute and manage tools and consumables according to production requests.

Responsibilities

Preparation of cutting tools:

• Prepare, assemble and measure tool kits according to data from the PLM
• Dismantle, replace and re-measure used tools

Preparation of consumables

• Prepare consumables ordered by production
• Supply consumables for the various Kanban

Order reception

• Receive orders for cutting tools and consumables
• Dimensional control of new cutting tools
• Stocking

Skills / Personal qualities

• Comfortable with computer tools (ideally SAP)
• Fluency in French
• Reliable, motivated, willing, autonomous person with a very good team spirit

Required skills:

We are looking for a flexible, proactive person, good under stress, available and with several years of experience in a similar field.
