About the job
You are familiar with property management. You are now looking for a position where you can truly practise your profession, take on responsibilities, and advise demanding owners.
To strengthen our team in Vevey, the Bernard Nicod Group is looking for a 360° Property Manager to ensure the complete management of a portfolio exclusively composed of institutional owners.
This position is aimed at someone who wishes to go beyond daily administrative management and develop a genuine approach to property management, advice, and asset enhancement.
Your role:
You are responsible for your portfolio as a whole and act as the primary contact for our institutional clients.
You will notably ensure:
- rental, technical, administrative, and financial management of the properties
- monitoring and analysis of rental statements
- management of re-letting and vacancy
- preparation and monitoring of maintenance and investment budgets
- planning of maintenance, renovation, and enhancement works
- analysis of the properties’ needs in the short, medium, and long term
- monitoring of rent adjustments and key contractual deadlines
- preparation of elements necessary for reporting and meetings with owners
- monitoring of portfolio performance indicators
- handling issues related to tenancy law
- coordination of concierges, contractors, architects, and other agents
- regular visits to the properties to maintain thorough knowledge of the entrusted assets
- formulation of concrete recommendations to optimise management and asset value
Your role therefore does not only consist of administering properties.
You analyse, anticipate, advise, and manage your portfolio as a true representative of the owner.
You work exclusively for institutional owners, with whom we maintain a professional relationship based on transparency, quality reporting, cost control, and sustainable property performance.
This clientele allows for a broader approach to property management:
- maintenance and investment strategy
- control and optimisation of charges
- evolution of rental statements
- vacancy management
- asset enhancement
- renovation planning
- budget monitoring
- risk analysis
- anticipation of regulatory and technical developments
You thus have a particularly stimulating environment to develop genuine expertise in institutional property management.
What we offer you:
True portfolio responsibility. You have the autonomy necessary to manage your properties, defend your clients’ interests, and propose solutions.
We expect our managers not just to identify problems: they propose solutions and support their clients in their decisions.
A direct relationship with professional owners.
You interact with contacts knowledgeable about property and possessing a long-term asset vision.
These exchanges give the role an additional dimension: analysis, preparation, argumentation, and advice are integral parts of your function.
The strength of a complete property group:
Management, condominium ownership, brokerage, development, general contracting, investment, expertise, and advice: you can rely on the various skills within the Bernard Nicod Group.
Complex cases can thus be handled with the support of internal specialists and experienced partners.
Diverse properties and projects:
Major works, energy renovations, rental repositioning, optimisation of rental statements, technical or legal issues: your portfolio allows you to work on high value-added cases.
A genuine local anchorage:
From our Vevey office, you operate at the heart of a particularly dynamic property market and benefit from close proximity to the properties you are responsible for.
Career prospects:
We are looking for someone who wishes to invest in the long term.
Managing institutional mandates naturally allows progression towards greater responsibilities: complex portfolios, large mandates, team coordination, client development, or management roles.
Your profile:
- proven experience in property management in Switzerland
- experience with institutional clients or a genuine desire to evolve in this environment
- very good knowledge of tenancy law
- solid skills in technical property management
- good understanding of the economic and financial issues of a property
- ability to analyse data and clearly present your recommendations
- excellent organisation
- good sense of priorities
A higher property education or a federal diploma as a property manager, obtained or in progress, is an advantage.
But we attach just as much importance to your personality.
We are looking for a person who is reliable, committed, structured, solution-oriented, and fully capable of taking responsibility for their files.
Why Bernard Nicod?
Because institutional management today requires much more than good lease administration.
It requires understanding the properties, their performance, their future needs, and the owner’s objectives.

If you want to manage a portfolio with a genuine asset vision, be regarded as a key contact by your clients, and evolve your profession towards more advice and responsibilities, we want to meet you.
Join Bernard Nicod in Vevey.
Take responsibility for an institutional portfolio and actively contribute to its performance and enhancement.
