Your Tasks
- Receiving and processing incoming customer enquiries
- Support with technical and administrative matters
- Competent advice on products and services
- Identifying customer needs and active sales consulting
- Careful documentation of customer conversations in the systems
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience
- Enjoyment of customer contact and strong communication skills
- Good PC user skills and quick comprehension
- Technical interest and understanding of digital products and services
- Sales and consulting affinity
- Reliable, flexible and team-oriented working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form (Swiss German understanding is an advantage)
- Additional language skills such as French, Italian or English are a plus
