Automotive mechatronics technicians carry out system tests on vehicles with combustion engines and alternative drive concepts as well as diagnostic work on mechatronic systems. They also perform maintenance and repair work on vehicle systems. These systems include chassis, engine and drive as well as electrical, electronic, comfort and safety systems.Requirements
- Completed upper secondary school, usually the highest school level

- German, mathematics and physics at least grade 4.5
