Building Specialist- Ensuring the maintenance of building technical systems and installations (e.g. escape routes)
- Independent, timely maintenance, inspection, and repair work
- Provides advice and customer contact
- Identification of weaknesses and hazards to operational safety
- Various administrative tasks (protocols, tickets, etc.)
- Completed basic technical training or equivalent experience in a similar profession
- Several years of professional experience in property management is an advantage
- MS Office skills
