What is my role?

You take on the leadership of a motivated assembly team and actively drive the technical implementation forward. The following exciting tasks await you:

• You assemble mechanical and electrotechnical components precisely according to technical drawings and specifications

• You assemble complex assemblies and machines and carry out necessary metalworking

• You test and inspect fully assembled systems and ensure their flawless quality

• You take care of the management of materials and spare parts and control ordering processes

• You plan workflows, coordinate your team and train employees in new procedures

• You consistently ensure compliance with all quality and safety guidelines

• You create clear work instructions and ensure complete documentation

• You are the interface to other departments and represent your team in important meetings

• You identify improvement potentials in the processes and implement optimisations

• You independently carry out repairs and service work

• A solid technical education or you have built up your know-how through practical experience

• Extensive practical experience in assembly and installation of technical systems

• Ideally, you understand something about electrical engineering or mechanics - that is your home ground

• You work independently, precisely and keep an overview even in complex projects

• You read technical drawings and work instructions confidently and implement them accurately
